Label data

The label generator itself runs entirely in your browser. The nutrition data, ingredients, and manufacturer information you type into the form are used only to render your live preview and the downloaded PDF — they are not sent to or stored on any server.

Accounts

If you create an account or log in, we store your email address, along with the login and session tokens needed to keep you signed in, in our database. We don't use passwords — login links are sent to your email instead. We don't sell or share your email with anyone outside of running the service itself.

Payments & subscriptions

Payments are handled entirely by Polar, our payment processor, who acts as merchant of record for all purchases and subscriptions. We never see or store your card details. If you subscribe, we store your subscription status (plan, active/cancelled, renewal date) so the site can recognize your account — this comes from Polar automatically and isn't something you enter directly on this site.
