Nutrition Facts Label Maker sells a digital product only — the paid PDF download unlock. Nothing is physically shipped. Delivery is instant: once payment succeeds, your PDF download is unlocked directly in your browser and a license key is emailed to you for future access. There is no shipping fee and no shipping delay, since there is nothing to ship.

Refunds

We offer a strict, limited refund policy. A refund will be issued only if:

Your payment succeeded but the PDF download was never unlocked and no license key was delivered, or
The generated PDF is faulty — it fails to open, is corrupted, or doesn't match your label preview due to a technical export error on our end.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect nutrition data, ingredients, or other information you entered into the label yourself
Dissatisfaction with formatting choices that match what was shown in the live preview before you paid
Any PDF that downloaded successfully and matches the preview

How to request a refund

Email support@linkivomedia.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order or receipt details and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor.
